Wayland, Iowa. &#8212; Burns suffered in a tractor accident two days earlier proved fatal June 22 to Harry Reschly, 72-year-old farmer of Crawfordsville. He died in the Veterans Hospital, Iowa City.

Mr. Reschly was getting ready to put up hay at his home place at the edge of Crawfordsville when the tractor he was operating upset and burned, pinning him underneath. His son, Willard Reschly, used another tractor to free him.

Funeral services were held June 24 at the Sugar Creek Mennonite Church, with Vernon Gerig, Robert Hartzler and Willard Leichty officiating.

Comins, Mich. &#8212; A one-car accident near here June 19 claimed the life of James Yoder, son of Mr. and Mrs. John K. Yoder, and seriously injured Robert Yoder, son of Rufus Yoder.

The car driven by James went out of control, skidded into a ditch and fence and wrapped around a tree. Both youths were taken to West Branch Hospital, where James died Sunday night.

Wayland, Iowa Farmer And Michigan Youth Fatally Injured

Wayland, Iowa. — Burns suffered in a tractor accident two days earlier proved fatal June 22 to Harry Reschly, 72-year-old farmer of Crawfordsville. He died in the Veterans Hospital, Iowa City.

Mr. Reschly was getting ready to put up hay at his home place at the edge of Crawfordsville when the tractor he was operating upset and burned, pinning him underneath. His son, Willard Reschly, used another tractor to free him.

Funeral services were held June 24 at the Sugar Creek Mennonite Church, with Vernon Gerig, Robert Hartzler and Willard Leichty officiating.
