Widow of Church Leader Dies

Goshen, Ind. — Word was received here that Mrs. Lulu Reist, 91, widow of a well-known leader in the Mennonite church, died on Aug. 27 at Premont, Texas.

Mrs. Reist, the former Lulu Greenawalt, was married to H. Frank Reist, who served as editor of the "Christian Monitor" and the "Words of Cheer" and "Beams of Light" at Scottdale, Pa. He also served as president of the Mennonite Board of Education and in 1919-1920 was president of Goshen College.

Because of his failing health, the family moved to South Texas in 1920
