HENRY H. REIMER

Henry H. Reimer was born April 20, 1884 at Jansen, Neb. On July 12, 1903 he was baptized and received into the Kleine Gemeinde Church at Jansen. In 1908 he moved with his parents to Meade, Kan.

On Aug. 30, 1913 he was united in marriage with Margret S. Friesen. To this union were born five daughters and one son.

On Dec. 5, 1942 mother passed away.

On Feb. 20, 1949 he was married to Mrs. Justina Friesen of Morris, Manitoba at Chihuahua, Mexico, where he joined the Canadian Mennonite emigration group. He lived there the remainder of his life.

Father developed a circulatory ailment some 25 years ago, which became progressively worse during the later lears [sic].

He died on Feb. 11, 1967, reaching the age of 82 years, nine months and 21 days.

He is survived by his wife; six children, Katherine and Mary Reimer of Meade, Margaret, Mrs. Art H. Kornelsen of Chihuahua, Mexico, Agnes and Helen Reimer of Dodge City, Kan., Henry M. of Meade; six grandchildren; two brothers, John H. and Klaas H. Reimer; three sisters, Agnes, Mrs. P. F. Remple, Helena H. Reimer and Mrs. Margaret Siemens, all of Meade. — The Children.
