&bull; Funeral services for Sam Regier, 77, of North Newton were conducted Friday afternoon at the Bethel College Church, with Dr. L. L. Ramseyer and Rev. Esko Loewen officiating. Mr. Regier died Sept. 23 at Bethel Deaconess Hospital after a long illness. He was a native of the Moundridge community and farmed southwest of there for many years. He married Anna M. Lohrentz of Moundridge in 1922. She survives with a daughter, Mrs. W. J. Unruh of Topeka; two sons, Rev. Austin Regier of Muskegon, Mich. and Raymond of rural Moundridge; eight grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Justina Claassen of Omaha; and one brother, Alvin, of King City, Calif.
