&bull; Henry R. Regier, 82, retired farmer and a resident of Newton since 1956, died July 23 at Bethel Deaconess Hospital. He was a member of the First Mennonite Church, where the funeral was conducted Friday afternoon with Rev. Arnold Epp officiating. Mr. Regier was born near Elbing and farmed there most of his life. Surviving are the widow, Marie; two sons, Rev. Arnold J. of Newton and William of Route 3, Newton, five grandchildren; and one sister, Mrs. Arthur Richert of Upland, Calif.
