Ludwig Redger was born to David and Lena Jantz Redger on March 12, 1889, in Logan Township near Durham, Kan. He died on July 15, 1974, reaching the age of 85.

He was baptized on Nov. 15, 1931 and received into the Friedenstal Mennonite Church, now the Central Heights Mennonite Church. He remained in the faith until his death.

On Jan. 15, 1916 he married LuFantina Smith. Five children were born to this union. Mother was taken to her eternal reward on Nov. 24, 1971.

Father's vocation was farming and raising cattle. He retired from farming only shortly before his death. He was man of quiet disposition. His prayer always was to remain humble and walk in the way that was prepared for him.

Mourning his departure are; Frances and husband Herman Friesen of Hutchinson, Kan., Ellsworth of Las Animas, Colo., Clinton and wife Lola of Durham, Kan., Verla of the home, and Marlias of San Antonio, Texas; three grandchildren; and one sister, Mary Schmidt of Greensburg, Kan. &#8212; The Family.

LUDWIG D. REDGER

Ludwig Redger was born to David and Lena Jantz Redger on March 12, 1889, in Logan Township near Durham, Kan. He died on July 15, 1974, reaching the age of 85.

He was baptized on Nov. 15, 1931 and received into the Friedenstal Mennonite Church, now the Central Heights Mennonite Church. He remained in the faith until his death.

On Jan. 15, 1916 he married LuFantina Smith. Five children were born to this union. Mother was taken to her eternal reward on Nov. 24, 1971.
