PLANE WITH MEDICINE ARRIVES TOO LATE
At Kemmerer, Wyo., a six year old child, Alidee Rapelatto, died last Friday because a plane carrying serum to her snowbound ranch home arrived too late. She was the second member of her family to die from poisoning caused by eating home-canned mushrooms. Her sister, Joyce, 2½, died before medical aid could reach her.
The plane circled the town several times and then dropped botulinus serum in a parachute at the rear door of a hospital.
