— Relatives here received word last week of the death of Dr. Daniel P. Quiring, 63, who passed away in Cleveland, Ohio Clinic Hospital on March 25. Dr. Quiring was a son of the late Abraham and Anna Dyck Quiring and a native of Newton. At the time of his death he was an associate professor of biology at Western Reserve University and head of the anatomy department at the Frank E. Bunts Educational Institute. He was an expert of comparative anatomy. Among the survivors are a sister, Mrs. Sara Richert of Newton, and three brothers, Dr. Walter O. Quiring of Hutchinson, Oscar P. Quiring and Herman A. Quiring of McPherson.
