| + | Mrs. Olga Plenert was born to Abraham and Anna Goertz Klassen on March 24, 1899 at Hillsboro, Kan. Here she lived throughout her lifetime. At the age of 17 she accepted Christ and upon confession of faith was baptized by Rev. John Plenert and received into the Johannestal Mennonite Church. |

| + | On March 21, 1920 she was married to Albert Plenert and they spent the greater part of their 50 years together on a farm near Hillsboro. it was here that their children were born and reared. Although she was active in the church and community, her contribution was largely that of a supporting role to other members of her family. She lived their experiences through them and in her quiet, unassuming way offered encouragement and guidance to them. She showed concern for their spiritual and moral development through her direction and living inspiration. |

Nevertheless, she bore her pain patiently and still continued her interest in handiwork, flowers, and community activities. She was fortunate to do considerable traveling in later years on visits to her children and grandchildren. One of her most enjoyable moments of these years was the celebration of the golden wedding anniversary in the spring of 1970. |

MRS. OLGA PLENERT
Mrs. Olga Plenert was born to Abraham and Anna Goertz Klassen on March 24, 1899 at Hillsboro, Kan. Here she lived throughout her lifetime. At the age of 17 she accepted Christ and upon confession of faith was baptized by Rev. John Plenert and received into the Johannestal Mennonite Church.
