LOSES LIFE IN BARN FIRE
Fredericksburg, Ohio. — The recent barn fire at the William E. Miller farm near here cost the life of Harry Phillabaum of Benton. He was assisting in the removal of some church benches stored in the upper part of a tool shed near the burning barn when overcome by fumes, falling about 10 feet to the floor. He suffered a fractured skull and other injuries and lived only a short time.
The deceased was 52 years of age, and is survived by his wife and several children.
The barn was completely destroyed, although most of the contents were saved.
