Hillsboro, Kan. &#8212; Funeral services were held on the afternoon of May 5 at the Ebenfeld M. B. Church for Ernest Pettker, a native and lifetime resident of this community. Mr. Pettker died May 2 at the home of his sister, Mrs. Dave Wiens, who is the only immediate relative surviving. He had been ill for a long time.

LONG-TIME RESIDENTS DIE AT HILLSBORO, PEABODY

Hillsboro, Kan. — Funeral services were held on the afternoon of May 5 at the Ebenfeld M. B. Church for Ernest Pettker, a native and lifetime resident of this community. Mr. Pettker died May 2 at the home of his sister, Mrs. Dave Wiens, who is the only immediate relative surviving. He had been ill for a long time.

At Peabody funeral services were held Sunday in the Peabody Methodist Church for John Ollenberger, 72, also a longtime resident there. His wife and several children survive.
