Bareville, Pa. — Mrs. Lydia L. Petersheim, mother and grandmother to a large family of descendants, died Jan. 6 at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Dan U. Stoltzfus, Honey Brook. A member of the Amish church, she reached the age of 87 years and seven months.

Her 207 direct descendants include four daughters and one son, 56 grandchildren and 146 great-grandchildren. Her husband was the late Christian L. Petersheim.

The funeral services were conducted by three grandsons Samuel Kaufman of Jaunita[sic] county and Samuel U. Fisher of Conestoga, who preached the sermons, and Jacob M. Stoltzfus of Conestoga, who read the hymn.
