He was born April 10, 1920, in Marion County, the son of Ernst A. and Hermina Schmidt Peters. He was a 1936 graduate of Walton High School and attended Bethel College, North Newton. He was a resident of the Walton and Newton areas.

He was a member of Bethel College Mennonite Church, North Newton.

Survivors include: three brothers, Irwin, Buhler, Eldo, North Newton, and Edwin, Elkhart, Ind.

Memorial service will be at 11 a. m. Friday at Bethel College Mennonite Church, North Newton, with the Rev. Darrell Fast presiding. The body was donated to the University of Kansas Medical Center.

Harold E. Peters

NORTH NEWTON—Harold E. Peters, 74, died June 7, 1994, at Kidron Bethel Village, North Newton.

He was born April 10, 1920, in Marion County, the son of Ernst A. and Hermina Schmidt Peters. He was a 1936 graduate of Walton High School and attended Bethel College, North Newton. He was a resident of the Walton and Newton areas.

He was a member of Bethel College Mennonite Church, North Newton.

Survivors include: three brothers, Irwin, Buhler, Eldo, North Newton, and Edwin, Elkhart, Ind.

Memorial service will be at 11 a. m. Friday at Bethel College Mennonite Church, North Newton, with the Rev. Darrell Fast presiding. The body was donated to the University of Kansas Medical Center.
