Retired Educator Dies in Winnipeg
Winkler, Manitoba. — Gerhard H. Peters, 82, for many years active in educational work at Gretna, died May 4 at the Bethania Nursing Home in Winnipeg.
Mr Peters was a teacher at the Mennonite Collegiate Institute of Gretna from 1929 to 1935, and principal of the school from 1935 to 1948.
The funeral was held at the Elmwood M. B. Church.
