Goshen, Ind. — David Blough Lantz, 28, of Goshen, a journeyman lineman with the Northern Indiana Public Service Co., and Darrell L. Peters was dead on arrival at White County Hospital and Lantz died there an hour later. Funeral services for Lantz were held at the Yoder-Culp Funeral Home on Apr. 14, with Rev. Paul l. Goering, pastor of the Eighth Street Mennonite Church, officiating.

Among Lantz' survivors are his widow, Sharron McKay; two sons, Lance Allan and Joshua David, both of the home; three sisters, Susan, Cathy and Nancy, all of Goshen; two brothers, Maj Stephen M. Lantz, M. D., of Ft. Hood, Tex. and John of Goshen; and his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Lantz of Goshen.
