Mr. Penner died at Emporia on Dec. 14. the family resided here until moving to Emporia about two years ago. Survivors include his widow, the former Martha Koehn; five children, Victor, Jr. of Fort Carson, Colo., Susie, Richard Dorothy, and Diana, all of the home; and his mother, Mrs. Tena Penner of the Bethesda Home in Goessel. |
