&#9679; Funeral services were held at the First Mennonite Church here Dec. 19 for Victor W. Penner, Sr., 47, of Emporia, Rev. Arnold Epp, the pastor, officiated. Mr. Penner died at Emporia on Dec. 14. the family resided here until moving to Emporia about two years ago. Survivors include his widow, the former Martha Koehn; five children, Victor, Jr. of Fort Carson, Colo., Susie, Richard Dorothy, and Diana, all of the home; and his mother, Mrs. Tena Penner of the Bethesda Home in Goessel.
