Abraham A. Penner, Filadelfia, Fernheim, Paraguay, was born May 30, 1877, in Plujew, South Russia, and died Sept. 9, 1961. He was chosen for the Christian ministry while living in Siberia in 1915. For eight years he was the leading minister in East Paraguay.
