Farmer-Beekeeper Found Dead in Car

Belleville, Pa. — Jonathan C. Peachey, 71, well-known retired farmer and beekeeper here, was found dead in his car near Selinsgrove on Sunday morning, Oct. 27. He apparently suffered a heart attack while driving and pulled off to the side of the road.

He was a member of the Amish church, and the funeral was conducted at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Jacob Byler near Barrville.

A resident of this community most of his life, he had been living with another daughter, Mrs. Jonas Byler near Selinsgrove.
