Funeral services were held at the Olive Mennonite Church for Ida Newcomer, 97. She was the wife of Austin Newcomer, who died in 1959. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Oscar Miller of Shipshewana; two sons, Edgar Newcomer of South Bend and Dwight Newcomer of Wakarusa; a brother; eight grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. — B.
