ANNA NEUFELD

(Mrs.) Anna Neufeld of St. Catharines, Onto passed away on September 3. She was born on December 7, 1888 to Peter and Maria Enns in Sergievka, Russia. She received Christ as her Saviour at age 15, and was baptized and joined the MB church later in 1910; married Johann Neufeld in February 1, 1909; they immigrated to Niverville, Man. in 1926; retired to St. Catharines in 1951 and joined the MB church there; she was involved in senior ladies fellowship; celebrated golden wedding in 1959, and one year later Mr. Neufeld died. She was also predeceased by a son, two sons-in-law and a grandson. She is survived by children Annie (Mrs. C.D.) Toews, daughter in-law Margaret (Mrs. Jacob) Neufeld, John and wife Jean, Mary, Peter and wife Ann, Abram and wife Irene, Helene, Lottie (Mrs. John) Durksen, Kathie (Mrs. George) Fast; 32 grandchildren and 38 great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held September 5 in the Scott St. MB Church, with pastor Henry Penner officiating.
