MARIE NEUFELD

Mrs. Marie Neufeld was born in Niverville, Man., on June 19, 1895, to Mr. and Mrs. Schultz. The family moved to Saskatchewan in 1908 and settled at Main Centre.

In 1916 she married Jacob Neufeld. The young couple made their home in Rush Lake, Sask. In 1923 they moved to Wymark, Sask., where they farmed until 1929. They then moved back to Meadow Lake. In 1963 they retired and moved into the town.

Mrs. Neufeld learned to know and love the Lord in her later years. The couple attended the Mennonite Brethren Church for a number of years.

On July 22 she went to be with the Lord.

She is survived by her husband, Jacob Neufeld; three sons, Pete of Meadow Lake, Sask., Dave of Leader, Sask. and Aaron of Edmonton; four brothers; four sisters; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by six children and two grandchildren.
