— Mrs. Marie Funk received word Tuesday of the death of her aunt, Mrs. John H. Mittelstedt of Wasco, Calif. Mrs. Mittelstedt was the former Anna Hiebert, daughter of David Hieberts, and at one time lived north of Newton. Funeral services were to be held at Wasco on Thursday.
