Souderton, Pa.—The lifeless body of Frank Mininger, 72, of Lansdale was found recently in a stream bed in Whitemarsh Township. The tractor he was operating rested against a tree, 130 yards from the body. Mininger, a part-time tractor-operator, was of the Mennonite faith. Prior to 1951, he had lived in South Dakota and Florida.
Among the survivors are his widow Dora, three brothers and four sisters.
