Accident, Illness Claim Lives of Two Amish Ministers

Milton, Iowa. — A highway accident and illness claimed the lives of two Amish minsters here.

Pre. Levi Miller, 43, was traveling on Route 2 near Cantril with a wagon load of used lumber when the wagon was struck from behind by a semi-trailer, killing him instantly.

He is survived by his wife, Katie, and 10 children ranging from an infant less than a year old to age 17. Funeral services were held Nov. 18.

Funeral services for Pre. William W. Miller, 60, who died of a heart ailment, were held the following day.
