Sugarcreek, Ohio. &#8212; Henry J. Miller, 22, Amish school teacher residing near Navarre, O., suffered fatal head injuries Dec. 5 when the horse he was riding to school apparently slipped and fell on the road near his home. He died the next Monday at doctor's Hospital near Massillon.

The young man resided with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. John J. Miller Jr., two sisters and four brothers.

Teacher Fatally Hurt In Fall from Horse

Sugarcreek, Ohio. — Henry J. Miller, 22, Amish school teacher residing near Navarre, O., suffered fatal head injuries Dec. 5 when the horse he was riding to school apparently slipped and fell on the road near his home. He died the next Monday at doctor's Hospital near Massillon.

The young man resided with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. John J. Miller Jr., two sisters and four brothers.
