Great-Grandmother Leaves Large Family
Kalona, Iowa. — Relatives and friends from a number of states came her to attend funeral services for Mrs. Harvey Miller, 84, who died Oct. 13 after suffering a fractured hip in a fall.
Mrs. Miller was a member of the Amish church, and the largely attended funeral was held Oct. 16 at the Ben L. Yoder home, with preaching in both the barn and the house.
Grandmother Miller leaves a total of 147 descendants, including five sons and five daughters and their families. There are 65 grandchildren and 72 great-grandchildren.
