TRUCK DRIVER FROM KOKOMO, IND. KILLED WHEN TRUCK UPSETS
Goshen, ind. — A truck accident early Thursday morning, May 13, near Wanatah, Ind. claimed the life of Dan Miller, the driver, of rural Kokomo. He reportedly swerved the truck to avoid hitting an oncoming car in his lane of traffic, the truck going into the ditch and upsetting.
The truck was loaded with cobalt pellets in wooden kegs, some of which were broken. A team of radiologist experts was called to the scene but found little radiation from the pellets.
