Retired Bishop Dies At New Holland, Pa.

New Holland, Pa. — Aaron Mast, well-known retired bishop of the Old Mennonite Church, did March 26 at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Galen Kauffman, New Holland.

Bro. Mast was for many years bishop of the Maple Grove Mennonite Church at Bellville, Pa. He served widely as an evangelist, and taught for many years in the Johnstown Winter Bible School as well as two winter terms in the Hesston Kan. Bible School. He served two terms on the Mennonite General Conference as well as on numerous boards and committees of the conference.
