Oliver J. Loucks, 89, of rural Wakarusa died Sept. 28 at the home where he had lived for 56 years. He was married in 1916 to Anna N. Weldy. She survives, along with two daughters, Ruth (Mrs. Harold) Miller and Kathryn (Mrs. Virgil) Pletcher, both of Elkhart; three sons, LaMar and Lowell of Elkhart and James of Wakarusa; three sisters; 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; and five step-great-grandchildren. Funeral services took place at the Holdeman Mennonite Church with Russel Krabill and Devon Schrock officiating. — B. Stichter.
