Berne Nonagenarian, Swiss Native, Dies
Berne, Ind. — Mrs. Pauline Liechty, 94, widow of Emil Liechty and a native of Canton Bern, Switzerland, died June 25 at Adams County Hospital.
The former Pauline Liechty, Mrs. Liechty came to this country with her parents in 1880 and the family settled at Bluffton, Ohio. She was a long-time resident here and member of the First Mennonite Church.
