PETER DANIEL LEDWEZ

Peter Ledwez of Virgil, Onto passed ftway on August 27. He was born to Daniel and Maria Ledwez on July 7, 1956 in Filadelfia, Chaco, Paraguay. His family came to Canada in August 1957. They settled near Virgil where he went to school and attended t he Virgil MB Sunday school. At the age of 19 he committed his life the the Lord, but later ex perienced many struggles in his at tempts to live as a Christian. A week before his untimely death, he prayed this prayer with his mother: "Lord, Satan has such a hold on me and I need your help. Please forgive me. I love you so much, Lord. Amen." The funeral service was held in the Virgil church on August 30, with Ben Falk in charge.
