Oklahoma Pioneer Caller [sic] By Death

Corn, Okla. — Funeral services for M. Lau, 81-year-old Pioneer of the Bessie community, were held at the Mennonite Brethren church there Nov. 10. He was a native of Poland, coming to this country in 1902 and settling first at Cordell. He later moved to Bessie.

Death came on Saturday, Nov. 6, at the home in Bessie. Survivors include his wife, nine children, 35 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
