— Funeral services were held at McPherson Friday afternoon for W.J. Krehbiel, 86, former publisher of the "McPherson Daily Republican" of which his son, K. R. Krehbiel, is the present editor and publisher. He died of a heart attack May 1. Among the survivors are two sisters, Mrs. H. E. Suderman and Mrs. R. S. Haury, both of Newton.
