She was a loving, praying mother, always deeply concerned about the spiritual welfare of her children. She loved the church, and always tried to attend services regularly with her children.

On May 12 after coming home from prayer meeting she fell and broke her leg just above the ankle. However it was soon discovered that her ailment was deeper than on the fractured leg. Her strength gradually weakened and she went on to meet her Lord and Savious [sic] at 5.05 on July 22, 1954. She reached the age of 70 years and 22 days.

Beside her husband Martin Koslowsky, an infant daughter Minnie preceded her in death.

She leaves to mourn her departure 11 children, six sons and five daughters, David of Canon City, Colo., John of Goodland, Kans., Henry of Peabody, Martin of Frazer, Mont., Peter and Jacob of Peabody, Anna, Mrs. Henry Beier, of Frazer, Mont., Lena, Mrs. Lewis [sic Louis] Toavs of Wolf Point, Mont., Tina [sic Tena] of Peabody, Elizabeth, Mrs. Arthur Fast of Frazer, Mont., and Mary, Mrs. Clarence Seibel, of Fredonia, Kans.; four sons-in-law, four daughters-in-law, 27 grandchildren, one great-grandchild, four brothers and one step brother, two sisters and one step sister and a number of nieces and nephews as well as a host of other relatives and friends.

We mourn, not as such who have no hope, but we have the heartfelt assurance that we shall meet her again at God’s appointed time.

Funeral services were held the afternoon of July 25 at the Ebenfeld M. B. church, with Rev. J. Gerbrandt, Rev. C. F. Simon and Rev. Gordon Neuenschwander officiating. Music was provided by a men’s quartet. Her final resting place is the Ebenfeld cemetery. - The Family.
