YOUNG MAN ASSIGNED TO KANSAS HOSPITAL DROWNS IN SANDPIT
Montezuma, Kans. — A large congregation attended funeral services at the Church of God in Christ, Mennonite here July 29 for Wayman Koehn, 21, who lost his life by drowning in a sandpit near Garfield, Kans. on July 25.
The young man, son of P. D. Koehn of this community, was assigned to I-O service at the Larned State hospital. He and a number of companions were in swimming when the fatal accident occurred.
