— A collision at MacArthur and Viola Road near Wichita on Tuesday morning claimed the lives of Mrs. Lizzie Koehn, 72, of Route 2, Halstead, and Don Ray Willoby, 47, of Cheney. Mrs. Koehn was a passenger in a car driven by her husband, Simon Koehn, 73, who suffered head and chest injuries. He was reported in fair condition in a Wichita hospital. Mrs. Koehn is survived by her husband, one son, Clayton of Halstead, three brothers and one sister.

— Funeral services were held Saturday forenoon at the Grace Mennonite Church near Halstead for Mrs. Lizzie Koehn, who lost her life in an auto accident near Wichita on Tuesday morning, Aug. 12. Rev. Carl Dirks and Rev. Paul Becker officiated. Mrs. Koehn's husband, Simon Koehn, is recovering from severe injuries received in the accident.
