Mrs. Oren Kiser, mother of Mrs. Winston Rhodes of Dayton and Melba (Mrs. Willard) Heatwole, died at the wheel of her car en route home from a quilting Aug. 19. She was found near highway 340 at Waynesboro, after crashing through several fences. Her death appeared to be of natural causes, not injuries received in the crash. — Mrs. R.D. Rhodes.
