AUTHOR OF PEACE PACT CALLED BY DEATH
Death last week claimed one of the outstanding peace advocates of the United States.
Frank B. Kellogg, former secretary of state and co-author of the Kellogg-Briand Peace Pact, died at his home at St. Paul on Dec. 21.
The statesman, who would have been eighty-one soon, was stricken with pneumonia last Saturday night after several weeks of ill health. He was afflicted with cerebral thrombosis early in November.
