91-YEAR-OLD RETIRED BUSINESS MAN, SWISS IMMIGRANT DIES

Metamora, Ill. — John Keller, Sr., retired farmer and business man, died at the Mennonite Home for Aged in Eureka on April 24 at the age of 91.

A native of Zurich, Switzerland, he came to the United States in 1875, farming for many years in the Roanoke vicinity and founding the John Keller Gravel and Concrete Products Co. in Eureka in 1930.

He was a member of the Linn Amish Mennonite Church, where the funeral services were held Sunday, April 27.
