• Christian C. Kaufman, 83, a resident of the Moundridge community throughout his life and former manager of the Moundridge Telephone co., died at Axtell Hospital here on May 21. Funeral services were held Friday at the First Mennonite Church of Christian, with Rev. Ralph Weber in charge. Mr. Kaufman leaves his wife, Eugenia, and one brother, Andrew H. of Moundridge.
