— Funeral services were held Friday afternoon at Draper's Funeral Chapel for Mrs. Emma Kaufman, 76, who died Aug. 20 at the home of Mrs. A. F. Tieszen in North Newton, where she had resided the past year. The services were in charge of Rev. Russell Mast, her pastor. A native of Halstead, Mrs. Kaufman was married to H. J. Kaufman in 1909. He died in 1948. She is survived by a daughter, Kathryn Kaufman of Newton; a son, Wilbert of Ontario, Calif.; one brother, Willard Goerz of Sommerset, Calif.; and four grandchildren.
