Mother of Missionary Fatally Injured

Stuarts Draft, Va. — Injuries suffered in a highway accident near Lynchburg, Va. on Sept. 10 proved fatal three days later to Mrs. Salina E. Kanagy, 78, of this community. The largely attended funeral services were held here Sept. 15.

Survivors include 14 children and their families. A son, Lee Kanagy, is a missionary in Japan under the Mennonite (Old) Church.

She was a native and former resident of Belleville, Pa.
