Son Dies in Wichita
Hillsboro, Kan. — Philip Janzen, son of Rev. and Mrs. A. E. Janzen of Hillsboro, died unexpectedly Dec. 24, 1968, in Wichita at the age of 35.
He is survived by his wife and his parents. Philip was hospitalized in Wichita with hepatitis and died when heart complications set in.
He was a member of the Hillsboro Mennonite Brethren Church where the memorial service was held Dec. 27.
Rev. Janzen served in the administration of Mennonite Brethren missions from 1945 to 1962 and as president of Tabor college from 1935 to 1942.
