Suffers Fatal Attack While Working with Car

Corn, Okla. — J. A. Janzen, who came to this area from McPherson County, Kan. in the pioneer days, died of an apparent heart attack Dec. 20 en route to his farm near here.

After being a dinner guest at the home of his children, Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Vogt in Weatherford, he drove to his farm to look after farming interests when his car became mired in mud. He suffered the fatal attack while trying to free it. Ivan Vogt came upon the scene in the evening and found his lifeless body.

Funeral services were held Sunday, Dec. 31, at the Corn M. B. Church.

Survivors include six daughters and four sons and their families.
