MRS. ANNA J. ISAAK

Anna Isaak (nee Dyck), was born in Telentshee, Crimea, South Russia, on June 30, 1870. She was a sister to the well-known tent missionary Jacob Dyck. She found salvation through Christ and was baptized and accepted into the Mennonite Brethren Church at Omsk, Siberia. She was married to Peter J. Isaak who survives her. In 1926 the family moved to Canada and took up residence in Kitchener. Mrs. Isaak passed away after a lengthy illness on April 16. The funeral was in the Kitchener Church with Rev. Isaac Tiessen officiating. In addition to her husband, Peter, Mrs. Isaak is survived by three sons, John of Utterson, Ont.; Jacob of Lachine, Que.; William of Davenport, Iowa; a sister; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
