LIFELONG RESIDENT OF ILLINOIS COMMUNITY DIES AT AGE 84

Metamora, Ill. — Funeral services for Mrs. Bertha Imhoff, 84, a lifelong resident of this vicinity, were held May 26 at the Metamora Mennonite Church. She died May 23 at the home in Metamora.

Mrs. Imhoff and her husband, the late John A. Imhoff, farmed in the Roanoke community for many years. He died in 1944 and she moved here in 1951. Surviving are six daughters, one son, 12 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
