FATHER FOUND DEAD IN SNOW

Nappanee, Ind. — The partially frozen body of 51-year-old Edward H. Hostetler, father of 13 children, was found on a Nappanee street by a snow removal crew early Monday, Feb. 6.

Mr. Hostetler, a member of the Amish church, had left his rural home by bicycle and on foot for a mobile home plant where he was foreman in the cabinet department. He suffered an apparent heart attack in the six below zero weather. At the time of death his wife Sylvia and four of the children were snowbound in Michigan. The children are all at home.
