LANCASTER COUNTY MAN FATALLY HURT WHEN TRUCK HITS BICYCLE

Ephrata, Pa. — A highway accident west of Morgantown in the early morning hours of Aug. 22 proved fatal to Willis D. Horst, 45, of R.1, Narvon. He died several hours later at the Ephrata hospital.

Horst, who never married, reportedly was returning on his bicycle from Hershey when hit by a truck driven by Raymond H. Buckwalter of R. 2, Elverson.

He was a member of the Churchtown Mennonite Church. His only survivors are his mother and stepfather, Mr. and Mrs. David Redcay.
