J. Ivan Hochstetler, 80, of rural Elkhart, died on Apr. 23. He had been in failing health for the past two years. Mr. Hochstetler was born on Sept. 16, 1894, in Marshall County and married Pearl Margaret Boyer on Nov. 21, 1925. She survives with three daughters and one son, two brothers and one sister. funeral services were held in the Olive Mennonite Church with Rev. Jason Martin and Rev. Richard Hostetler officiating.
